Self-awareness has become a buzz word, but what does it actually mean? In any given situation the more factors you aware you are of, the more effective your decisions and actions can be. Self-awareness can include knowing how you are feeling in mind and body, knowing your patterns and potential, knowing your values and higher purpose and knowing yourself as a spiritual being.
This weekend retreat is a unique opportunity to take time out to explore who you really are, why you are here and what this art of self-awareness is all about.

RETREAT FACILITATOR:

JILLIAN SAWERS

Jillian has been a professional self-development trainer for the past 25 years, working with companies and organisations in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. She has also been a long term meditation student and teacher with the Brahma Kumaris, volunteering in the London Headquarters for 10 years and running a meditation centre in Istanbul, Turkey for 14 years. She is currently based in Mount Abu.
